March 9th – Fondant Watercolor Cake

Time: 10:00 AM

This hands on class will teach you how to cover a cake with fondant and get sharp edges. Decorate the cake with a Royal icing stencil & watercolor design. Also learn the difference between other paint options. Learn how to prep fresh florals for a cake. You will need 2 fondant smoothers, scissors, 1 large paint brush about 1 in wide, and a smaller one for detail. Stencil pattern not required. Small icing spatula and turntable helpful.

March 16th – Fun With Unicorns with Mandy Clifford

Hands on class open to all ages!  Learn how to add the finishing touches to this fun cake. Make the horn, ears, and eyes. Learn the different piping techniques used to make the mane, and adding the pearls and glitter effects with your own sprinkle mix. All supplies will be provided for this class.

March 23rd – Peek-A-Boo Sugar Eggs

Sugar eggs are a fun Easter craft activity, and the resulting product can be saved and displayed for many years to come. You will learn how to make these eggs from step 1-Finish. All supplies are included for this class. You will be taking home your finished egg and the mold.

March 30th – Ombre Buttercream with Piping Details

Amilia with Grapefruit & Thyme will be here to teach this hands on class on how to level and fill a cake. You will be coloring buttercream, and icing your cake using smoothing techniques with multiple colors and shape edges. It will be lots of fun finishing off your cake with different piping techniques. For this class you will need a cake knife, bench scraper, icing spatula, and turntable. Some supplies are needed.
